Shipment is a fundamental part of our service fulfilment, which is why we ensure a 5 to 8 business days delivery. Please note that the lapse of time mentioned does not include the period reserved for processing your order.

If your order consists of a wider range of products, we may deliver them in separate packages, according to the stock and product availability of our suppliers.

Cost:

modern-accessories.store offers standard shipping everyday within EUROPE UNION borders. The shipping cost may vary but it is around 10 EUR standard shipping cost (within Europe Union Border)

In order to avoid customer dissatisfaction and all possible disagreements, we advise you to contact us directly via our phone number or via our e-mail before placing an order which requires international delivery. We will provide all necessary details concerning availability, estimated shipping time, methods of delivery and applicable costs.

We are proud to inform our customers that we process orders within 48-72 hours of order placement and our Order Support Department gathers all necessary information for completion. Once we have received internal approval, your package will be on its way and you may expect it in no more than 8 business days. In the unlikely possibility that maximum delivery time is exceeded, you will be informed by email or phone and offered a refund.

Order Cancellation:

It is your default right to Cancel/Return your order, for any and all reasons. Also, it is ok to change your mind regarding your desired products. Whether you want to replace your items, or you simply do not want the products you ordered anymore, please contact Customer Support via the available support number on this website, or drop us an e-mail at [email protected]  with the following Subject Line: “Order Cancel”. Please kindly note that any Order Cancel Inquiry has to be made within the first 2 days of payment.

Back Orders:

If your order cannot be delivered, we will inform you by e-mail within the first 2 days of order placement. In this unlikely event, you will be refunded within 5 days after notification receipt.

Product Exchange, Return Request and Provided Warranties:

We guarantee full refunds for return requests placed in the first 15 days after receiving your order. Please note that items should be returned in their original condition and package.

All customers should be informed that all returned merchandise which does not meet our criteria for return will be shipped back, refund will not be provided and additional packaging and delivery costs will be charged. Moreover, all return deliveries are the financial responsibility of the customer.

Return Requests:

DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE: Please explain the type of issue which most closely corresponds to the reason for your return.

Please explain in as much detail as possible the problem with the product that you wish to return. Descriptions such as ‘it doesn’t work’ or ‘it doesn’t do what it is supposed to do’ do not clearly outline the issue and will be refused. It is necessary to provide a clear, detailed, and precise description of the way in which the product is faulty in order to proceed with the return.

Once the draft is sent, our Support Team will check it. If all the descriptions of the issue/s are in line with our general terms and conditions, you will be notified that your draft has been preapproved. In the case of the Support Team not accepting the description, you will be notified by email so that you can revise it and carry out the necessary.

IMPORTANT:

Remember that we only accept products that have manufacturing faults or delivery errors and which have been reported within the accepted timeframe established in our general terms and conditions. The Support Team will not accept returns for faults caused by misuse of the product or for which we are notified after the accepted deadline. The preapproval of a draft does not necessarily mean the approval of a full refund. The amount to be refunded will be confirmed after the Support Team’s final valuation.

Declined Shipment:

If you refuse a parcel you have ordered, all costs involving delivery and packaging are considered your financial obligation. After receiving our products back, our Customer Support Department will shortly issue a refund of the purchase, excluding the price of shipment.
